The stack includes **NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, Pigment**, with a **BigQuery/dbt** warehouse underneath. You’ll own the systems end-to-end—**architecture, integrations, controls, and vendors**—with a focus on building so month-end reconciles by design. ### Key Responsibilities - **Run NetSuite end to end** - Multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts & segments - SuiteScript/SuiteQL, scripting/workflows, release management - Roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls - **Own the integration layer** - Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob into NetSuite; NetSuite into the warehouse - Ensure month-end reconciliation is automated and reliable - **Lead selection & rollout of new systems** - Usage-based billing and equity administration - Finance setup for every new entity - **Build with AI** alongside Automations and Data teams - Examples: invoice coding agents, people-cost reconciliations, accounting requests - **Be the systems voice in finance decisions** - Pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness ## Requirements - You’ve administered a **multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld** instance yourself (SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, releases) - You’ve owned an **ERP or billing implementation/migration** end to end, including how **Stripe data flows** into the ERP and revenue recognition - You build integrations (iPaaS or code) that reconcile and alert when something breaks; comfortable with **SQL** - You understand **R2R, P2P, and O2C** and the controls behind them; can work with accountants, engineers, and auditors quickly - **AI-first** mindset (e.g., Claude Code / Cursor) and you automate workflows before scaling them ### Bonus Experience with **Ramp, Pigment, Metronome**, another usage-billing platform, **Deel/HiBob**, **n8n**, **dbt/BigQuery**; **SOX/ITGC** work at a pre-IPO or public company. ## Location **Remote-first** across **Europe**, with the ability to operate in **CET time zones**.
