You’ll own features **end-to-end**—from spotting the problem to shipping the product and the backend behind it. The team is **agent-first** with fast CI, so ideas reach users within a day or two. Much of what you build is new, with no playbook—so you’ll define the problem, test with real users, and partner with research engineering to turn model capabilities into experiences people love. ## What you’ll do - Build and ship consumer-facing features (frontend + backend) - Own the full lifecycle: discovery → testing → implementation → release - Use AI to move fast while ensuring you understand and take responsibility for what you ship - Collaborate with research engineering to translate model capabilities into product value ## Requirements - Shipped and owned a well-designed consumer product from **zero to real users** (frontend + backend) - Deep system understanding to spot issues quickly (PR correctness, security, unnecessary complexity) - Strong product judgment: know what’s most valuable to build—and what not to build - Work autonomously with minimal direction; take responsibility for fixing problems - Real interest in music (or the people who make it) ## Bonus - Open-source / GitHub track record - Experience building music or audio products - Experience with recommendation systems or embeddings ## Location - **Remote-first**: anywhere in **Europe** and the **US East Coast** - Must be able to operate in **GMT-5 to GMT+1** timezones - Offices available in: **London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, Warsaw** #LI-Remote ElevenLabs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
