Our U.S. team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly. ## About the Role — Senior Full Stack Engineer As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a talented engineering team and **independently own your product workflow** from initial design requirements through deployment. You’ll move fast, commit code daily, and see your work in the wild with live users. You’re an experienced engineer who can identify problems, architect high-quality solutions, and thrive in ambiguity. You take pride in your craft, communicate clearly, absorb feedback well, and learn from mistakes. You enjoy ownership and aren’t stifled by large organizations. ## What You’ll Do - **Analyze product requirements** and deliver high-quality, production-ready code with a best-in-class user experience. - **Build and maintain user-facing features** end-to-end (from database models to UI components). - **Be autonomous**: take full ownership and accountability for details and execution. - **Collaborate** with engineers and cross-functional partners in product and design to improve the user experience. - **Create services and APIs** to power existing and new web app features. - **Maintain system health**: refactor, improve, and keep systems robust and resilient. - **Write clear specs** to support stress-free deployment. - **Drive large releases** to production on a continuous deployment cadence. ## What You Bring to the Table - Experience working in a startup environment. - **5+ years** of relevant experience across frontend and backend. - Strong **React** fundamentals and experience with **TypeScript/Node**. - Ability to build delightful, consumer-oriented experiences. - Strong communication skills to influence product direction and enable collaboration. - **Bias toward action** and a drive to continuously improve code, systems, and execution. ## Our Tech Stack - **TypeScript** across all applications - **NestJS** API with **TypeORM** - **Postgres**, **Redis** - **React** + Custom UI library built on **shadcn** and **Tailwind** - **Heroku** ## Location / Eligibility - Applicants must be **based in the United States**. ## Fraudulent Recruitment Advisory Solace Health will **NEVER** request bank details or offer employment without an interview.
