We use AI to make people's hardest financial moments more human, and we're now moving upstream to catch people before they default. **The Role** We're looking for someone with an exceptional capacity to solve complex problems and call your own shots. You'll shape your role around where you can make the largest impact at January. **What We're Looking For** • Proven track record of exceptional work—a function you built, product people use, or craft you mastered • You diagnose before prescribing and ask the fewest, most important questions • You own outcomes end-to-end without waiting for direction • You actively experiment with AI to multiply your impact • No minimum years of experience—we care what you've done, not how long it took • Founding or early-team experience is a plus **How We Work** • Decentralization over control; speed over perfection; candor over comfort • Writing for clarity and scale • AI runs through everything—95% of consumer interactions are AI-driven • We operate at every altitude and get into the trenches for ground truth • We build in-person in our Nolita office, at least 3 days/week **Location:** New York City *Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.*
