This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to build hands-on experience with the **Pega platform** while working alongside experienced architects, developers, and business stakeholders. In this role, you will assist with: - Configuring and developing **Pega applications** - **Case management** workflows - **User interfaces** - **Business rules** - **Data transformations** - **System integrations** You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to: - Understand business requirements - Contribute to solution design - Participate in testing and code reviews - Support ongoing application enhancements --- ## Here’s What You Need - **Bachelor’s degree required** - **0 to 1+ years** of professional experience in software development or application support - Foundational experience with **Pega** (coursework, internships, certifications, or professional experience) - Basic understanding of Pega concepts (case management, business rules, workflow automation) - Exposure to **Pega PRPC, Dev Studio, App Studio, or Designer Studio** - Knowledge of **SDLC** principles and software engineering best practices - Familiarity with **Agile**, **version control**, and basic **CI/CD** concepts - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills - Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices --- ## Eligibility Requirements - **U.S. Citizen** --- ## Clearance Requirement - **Top Secret clearance** --- ## Pay Range (where applicable) **$74,800 — $138,700 USD** --- *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.*
