## .Net CAD Software Developer ### Responsibilities - Develop, design, document, test, and debug applications software and systems with logical/mathematical solutions. - Work on a **multi-threaded, server-based distributed CAD-to-CAD solution**. - Support the full product lifecycle: **design, development, documentation, testing, training, installation, and release**. - Collaborate with the product owner and product team during early **lean agile** adoption. - Provide **in-solution unit testing**, **load and fault testing**, and **automated functional testing**. - Assist with **training plans/strategies**, **client coalition management**, and **customer proposals, demonstrations, and acceptance**. - Ensure software standards are met. - Communicate with clients (communication and documentation/proposal answering are vital). ### Qualifications **Required** - Bachelors degree with **2 years** experience, or **4 years** with an AA/S degree, or **6 years** with a High School diploma/equivalent. - Strong knowledge of **multi-threaded server-based distributed solutions**. - Strong knowledge of **web services communications**. - At least **2 years** experience with **XML development** and **C#/.NET** on Windows systems. - Proficient with **Microsoft SQL Server**, **JSON**, and **vendor proprietary data formatting**. - Experience with **style sheet transformations**. - Proficient with **in-solution unit testing**, **load/fault testing**, and **automated functional testing**. - Proficient with **product installation and upgrades** with minimal/zero system downtime. - Proficient with **health monitoring tools**, **performance metrics**, **sizing models**, and **scaling strategies**. - Experience with **data warehousing**. - Ability to pass a **Public Safety background check** when required. - Occasional onsite travel may be required for network outages that cannot be fixed remotely. - Ability to work in a **remote team environment**. - **US Citizen**. - Ability to work in the **West Coast time zone** is preferred. - Work-from-home may be possible with sufficient network bandwidth for remote installation, testing, and updates. **Desired** - Public Safety domain and/or **911 Dispatch Operations** knowledge. - Experience with **Lean Agile**. - **Socket programming** experience. - Expert understanding of **NIEM** standard compliance. - Experience developing a **React-based administrative user interface**. ### Salary Range - **$66,000 – $106,000** (typical range).
