This role maintains the operational health of AI platforms, integrations, and solutions so they remain reliable, secure, and supportable as adoption grows. **Your Mission** - Own day-to-day administration support for Glean, Claude, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI platforms across sandbox, development, QA, and production. - Configure, maintain, and monitor native connectors and MCP access, indexing/crawling processes, authentication, integration performance, and connector health. - Provide first-line support for chat, agent, connector, indexing, authentication, and permission-related issues; diagnose, resolve via established procedures, and escalate when needed. - Execute and coordinate agents, custom connector, and related resource migrations across development, QA, and production. - Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment validation, release readiness, and post-release support to maintain stability. - Triage AI incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis for outages, change-related failures, authentication/integration issues, and capacity/credit shortages. - Monitor AI platform usage, consumption, and credit utilization; produce usage/cost reports, identify trends, and help implement guardrails to prevent unexpected cost increases. - Inventory and clean up redundant or abandoned resources (unused skills, agents, Power Automate flows, connectors, and related configurations). - Maintain accurate configuration records, operational documentation, inventories, runbooks, known-issue registers, deployment evidence, and compliance documentation. - Support users, citizen developers, and business stakeholders via onboarding, training, office hours, and troubleshooting guidance. - Enable approved platform features, tools, models, and integrations in line with standards, security controls, and governance requirements. - Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, platform reliability, supportability, and delivery efficiency. **You Are/Have** - BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 5+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, platform administration, systems integration, automation, AI technologies, SaaS administration, or related work. - Hands-on experience with enterprise AI, automation, integration, or SaaS platforms. - Working knowledge of APIs, OAuth, service accounts, webhooks, connectors, authentication, and permissions. - Experience supporting production technology environments and coordinating changes across dev/test/prod. - Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills (root cause, impact assessment, status communication, escalation). - Experience monitoring platform health, integration performance, usage/consumption, authentication expiry, and cost/credit trends. - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and recognize operational risks. - Strong co
