Anduril’s family of systems is powered by **Lattice OS**, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. **About the Team** The **Maritime Manufacturing Technology** team rapidly develops and implements manufacturing technologies and processes for cutting-edge defense hardware—scaling products in new manufacturing facilities. **About the Job** In this role, you’ll build an **integrated controller for an entire factory** using available systems and creating what’s needed. You’ll interface with other development teams—leveraging their capabilities or building solutions from scratch. **What You’ll Do** - Build and operate **AI-powered systems** to control all aspects of a factory - Fully automate large parts of industrial engineering work - Design, build, and maintain **business process automation** for full schedule management across platforms - Implement and maintain one integrated **master schedule** for the Protofactory - Build automated workflows connecting **tickets, M&E deliveries, production start events, bar charts, and reporting** - Develop advanced **simulation models** to test schedule scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and optimize flow - Leverage **AI/ML tools** (including **Claude Code**) to accelerate automation development **Required Qualifications** - Exceptional skills using AI to build and automate workflows (looking for a “hacker” who makes the system work) - Software engineering proficiency—able to write production-quality code (**Python, SQL, or similar**) - Self-directed with strong problem-solving instincts - Proficiency with AI coding tools (**Claude Code, Copilot, or similar**) for rapid automation development - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active **U.S. Secret security clearance** **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with production scheduling systems (**ERP, MES, or custom scheduling platforms**) - Experience building integrations across **ticketing systems, procurement tools, and production tracking** **Compensation (Estimated)** - **$99,000 – $220,000 USD** (base salary estimate; equity and benefits may apply) **Benefits** Anduril offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees).
