**C5MI — SAP Data Migration Consultant** ## Position Summary The Data Migration Developer supports SAP data integration workflows and transformations, data profiling and cleansing, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving. This role develops and maintains data mappings and transformations, partners with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and participates in quality reviews to help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. ## Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Develop and maintain data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations - Ensure seamless integration of data with other systems and applications - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity - Optimize SAP Data Services jobs for improved performance and scalability - Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Participate in quality management tasks (peer/quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code) - Travel occasionally to consult on site (10–15%) - Adhere to certified processes, including active participation in quality assurance and protection of sensitive information per security policies - Perform other related tasks as assigned ## Minimum Requirements - Minimum 2 years ABAP with emphasis on FI (AR/AP/GL/FM), SMART Forms, and SAP scripts - Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship) ## Nice to Have - 3 years’ experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, Syniti) - Prior experience supporting federal or public sector ERP/data migration engagements ## Compensation Expected salary range: **$75,000 – $95,000 annually** (actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location). ## Application Deadline Anticipated posting until **11/1/2026**. ## Benefits C5MI offers a market-competitive benefits suite including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a **401(k)**, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. ## Core Values - **Challenge** - **Have Fun** - **All In** - **Never Forget the Customer** - **GSD (Get Stuff Done)** - **Empower** ## How to Apply Use the application link in the job posting to complete the application and submit your resume.
