**AI Engineer — Brunswick** Brunswick is expanding its AI capabilities and is looking for an **AI Engineer** to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain **AI-powered applications** that deliver real value across the business—especially solutions focused on **large language models (LLMs)**. --- ### About the Role **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** - Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications - Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new AI applications that can be scaled across multiple business use cases - Trial and test solutions with end users to iterate and optimize - Research and analyze data sets using statistical and machine learning techniques - Track and understand the evolving AI landscape --- ### What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, engineering expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. **Standout experience includes:** - Experience building solutions with **LLMs** and a strong understanding of the broader generative AI landscape - Experience designing datasets, conducting model evaluations, and fine-tuning foundation models - Strong **Python** development skills (production-quality code) - Front-end experience with **JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS** - Solid understanding of **statistics** and **machine learning fundamentals** - Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics or Computer Science) or equivalent experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an iterative, user-focused approach **Nice to have:** - Professional services experience - Cloud application development on **Microsoft Azure** - DevOps practices/tools (e.g., **CI/CD, Git**) - Secure software development practices --- ### Compensation & Benefits - **Base Pay:** **$130,000 – $180,000** (depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education) - **Bonus Eligibility:** Annual discretionary bonus (individual and firm-wide performance) - **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending & health savings accounts, life insurance, commuter benefits, and generous paid time off (25 vacation days + 10 sick days + 11 paid holidays) - **401(k):** Firm-sponsored plan with **3% automatic company contribution** (base and bonus) + **1.5% profit share** (immediate vesting) - Career training and development opportunities, plus employee discounts --- ### Office Policy Team members are **in person** (office or on-site with clients) **at least four days per week**. --- ### About Brunswick Brunswick is a global advisory firm helping companies tackle high-stakes issues and deliver high-impact outcomes.
