Clay also launched a **$1M Scholarship fund for GTME Education**. ## What you’ll do As a **Software Engineering Intern**, you’ll help build and ship high-quality features. You’ll work on problems that require clear understanding of context, decomposition of tricky issues, and collaboration with teammates. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn in an **AI-forward environment**, including building or prototyping features using AI technologies such as **LLMs, embeddings, and ML**. ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in **Computer Science** or a related field - Hands-on experience building software (via internships, coursework, personal projects, or hackathons) - AI enthusiast: built or prototyped AI features and interested in learning more at an AI-forward company - Thoughtful problem-solving: can break down complex problems and work toward clean solutions (independently or with teammates) - Comfortable asking for help when stuck - Enjoys collaborating to ship thoughtful, high-quality features - Curious about talking to customers and exploring different approaches - Values diversity of perspectives and interests - Familiar with some of the tech stack below (or excited to learn quickly) ## Tech Stack (current) - **Frontend/Backend:** React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js - **AWS:** Aurora (Postgres), ElastiCache (Redis), ECR, ECS (Fargate), Lambda, OpenSearch - **IaC:** Terraform - **Deployment/Testing:** CircleCI, Netlify, Playwright - **Observability:** CloudWatch, Datadog, Mezmo
