You’ll be hands-on, client-facing, and directly influencing outcomes—without being siloed or stuck in theory. **Position Summary** The SAP Integration Developer III is responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of moderately complex SAP integration solutions, using sound judgment within established practices and minimal oversight. This role supports system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration using SAP PI/PO capabilities and modern API frameworks, and may informally mentor junior integration developers. **Essential Functions & Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support moderately complex SAP integration solutions using **SAP PI/PO** and **modern API frameworks**. - Enable system-to-system communication and data exchange across enterprise platforms. - Lead feasibility assessments for integration requirements and advise project leads on options and implications. - Support large system and subsystem planning activities related to integration architecture. - Ensure adherence to project schedules and integration standards. - Develop and maintain technical integration documentation. - Provide knowledge transfer on best practices and modern, standard API-based integration techniques. - Own post-release integration issue resolution and drive continuous improvement. - Informally mentor junior SAP Integration Developers on integration standards and best practices. - Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions. - Travel occasionally to client sites for on-site support (**10–15%**). - Follow certified processes, participate in quality assurance activities, and protect sensitive information per security policies. - Perform other related tasks as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related technical field, with **3–5 years** of SAP PI/PO / SAP Integration / system integration development experience; **or** no degree with **5–7 years** of experience. - Demonstrated experience owning integration deliverables and solving moderately complex integration problems. - Experience with enterprise application development and system integration (design, development, testing, deployment). - Experience incorporating **SAP PI/PO** with **modern API frameworks** for system-to-system communication and data exchange. - Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (**requires U.S. Citizenship**). **Nice to Have** - Experience working with the **Department of Defense** or another federal agency. - Experience informally mentoring or guiding junior technical staff. - SAP integration certifications or advanced technical training. **Compensation** Expected salary range: **$115,000 – $135,000 annually** (final offer based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location). **Application Deadline** Anticipated posting through **11/1/2026**. **Benefits** C5MI offers medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a **401(k)** plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. **How to Apply** Use the application link in the job posting to complete the application and submit your resum
