## IT & Systems Lead ### About Frontera Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve—bringing together world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools that help care teams work smarter. Our platform is **HIPAA-compliant** and built for the real-world needs of behavioral health teams, from psychologists to ABA therapists. ### About the Role Frontera is building a technology company and a care delivery organization designed to scale together. You’ll own Frontera’s **internal technology environment** across both **Frontera Health** and **FronteraCare**, including IT infrastructure, employee technology experience, devices, core systems, and the broader IT tech stack. This is a **hands-on builder role** with broad ownership—balancing reliable support today with the systems, standards, and operating model needed as we grow and through acquisition. ### What You’ll Own **IT Infrastructure & Employee Support** - Own IT operations end to end across Frontera Health and FronteraCare - Build a scalable IT operating model across corporate, clinical, distributed employees, and care locations - Own device provisioning, endpoint management, identity & access management, software provisioning, networking, and employee tech support - Build a high-quality employee technology experience from onboarding through offboarding - Establish service levels, escalation paths, documentation, and self-service processes - Provide high-touch support for executives while building scalable systems for the broader org **Systems, Tooling & Ways of Working** - Own and continuously evolve Frontera’s internal IT tech stack - Define a point of view on standardizing, consolidating, replacing, or introducing tools as the company scales - Partner across the org to identify operational friction and improve workflows via automation, integrations, and better systems - Lead system selection and implementation (requirements, vendor evaluation, configuration, rollout, training, adoption, optimization) - Build governance for system ownership, permissions, integrations, data flows, and vendor management - Simplify the stack, reduce manual work, improve interoperability, and eliminate redundant/underutilized tools - Help evolve not just which tools we use, but how we work **Clinical & Multi-Site Technology** - Build IT infrastructure for a distributed clinical workforce and growing care locations - Partner with FronteraCare leaders to ensure technology supports frontline workflows - Own technology setup for new clinics and locations (devices, connectivity, access, vendors, employee systems) - Create repeatable standards and playbooks for consistent, fast launches **Security, Compliance, HIPAA & SOC 2** - Partner with Engineering, Legal, People, Finance, and others to maintain strong security and compliance practices - Own or project-manage IT components of the SOC 2 program (evidence collection, control execution, remediation, access reviews, vendor management, annual readiness) - Own IT-related security policies and operational controls across devices, software, identity, and access - Build practical security processes that balance strong controls with usability and adoption - Support vendor security reviews and broader technology risk management **Cloud Infrastructure Partnership** - Partner with Engineering where internal IT/security/identity intersects with production t
