The platform operates primarily on-premise, with one component residing in the cloud. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with engineering leadership experience who can work across infrastructure and application development while balancing reliability for existing customers with the delivery of new features. **What you will do** - Lead a team of **Software and Platform Engineers** responsible for the Secure Access application throughout its lifecycle, including integration with our **on-premises and cloud** environments. - Set the technical direction, manage priorities and delivery, and mentor engineers across both disciplines. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent practical experience - At least **3+ years** of direct engineering management experience - At least **5+ years** of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering - Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, particularly **VMware vSphere/ESXi** - Experience with **VDI** or remote-access infrastructure - Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform, preferably **GCP** - Working knowledge of **Linux administration**, **containers**, and **CI/CD pipelines**
