## AI Delivery Lead **About the Role** eClinical Solutions is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to transform how engineering teams plan, build, test, and deliver software by driving adoption of AI-enabled development practices across the organization. You'll work closely with Engineering, SQA, Product Management, Architecture, and DevOps to embed AI-assisted development throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), helping teams eliminate manual activities, improve delivery predictability, and demonstrate measurable improvements in engineering productivity. **What You'll Do** • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and AI-DLC practices across Engineering teams • Partner with cross-functional teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual activities across requirements, development, testing, and delivery • Help teams incorporate AI-assisted workflows using company-approved tools • Drive stronger integration between software development and test automation • Identify delivery bottlenecks and work with teams to resolve them • Establish repeatable AI-enabled delivery practices and scale successful approaches • Define and track meaningful delivery metrics (cycle time, automation coverage, quality, AI adoption) **What We're Looking For** • Experience leading software delivery across cross-functional teams with Agile planning and execution • Demonstrated experience introducing or scaling AI-assisted development practices with measurable improvements • Experience driving Agile and engineering process transformation • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle • Practical understanding of modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows • Hands-on change and delivery leadership experience **Nice to Have** • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) • Experience with automated quality practices and CI/CD • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated SaaS environments • Experience developing engineering productivity dashboards and metrics **Compensation** $150,000 – $175,000 USD
