Staff Product Operations Manager, Platform
Samsara · Remote - US
About this role
**Who we are** Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud—helping organizations that rely on physical operations harness IoT data to create actionable insights and improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. We support industries that represent more than 40% of global GDP, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing. **About the role** Samsara’s Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder to join our Platform team and help accelerate our enterprise-ready roadmap. You’ll support the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams, partnering with R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal tools used across Product and Engineering. **What you’ll do** - Drive ARR impact through decisions you make (not just “contribute to”) - Investigate why enterprise customers stall on security/permissions requirements - Combine signals from support tickets and customer conversations to identify what blocks expansion - Build dashboards and tools that help product managers and engineers understand how platform gaps affect pipeline and retention risk **What we’re looking for** - Individual contributor who has already built and shipped - No technical background required, but you must be able to use modern AI and development tools to move beyond prototypes - Experience working with data, writing/debugging code with AI, validating results, and iterating until users trust and rely on your tools **Location** Remote role open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
