Cresta’s unified AI platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and comprehensive conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency gains across every channel. **What you’ll do** - **Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts** using AI and data to surface high-value opportunities - **Replace manual work** (research, opportunity prep, and CRM entry) with automation and AI - **Build systems that guide sellers daily**—what to focus on and what actions move deals forward - **Auto-generate** account plans, stakeholder maps, and discovery prep inside seller workflows - **Automate deal execution** (quoting, approvals, and document generation) using AI agents - **Create real-time deal signals and next steps** for every opportunity - **Own and optimize the GTM system** by writing custom code and extending the GTM stack - **Integrate and maximize** tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Centralize, Slack, Glean, Coda, and more - **Rethink segmentation, territories, and coverage** using data and AI - Take true ownership of **sales effectiveness and revenue growth** **Location** Remote / Hybrid — targeting **SF or NYC** (may consider additional US locations). **What we’re looking for** - Strong ability to bridge **deep technical skills** with **real GTM understanding** - **Entrepreneur mindset** with strong ownership and a bias to build - Comfortable with enterprise GTM and sales workflows - Strong coding ability (APIs, automation, data systems, AI tools) - Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks - High ownership, speed, and focus on measurable revenue outcomes **Compensation & Benefits** - **Base salary range:** $150,000 – $230,000 + **equity** (varies by location/experience) - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible PTO - Paid parental leave - Retirement savings plan - Remote work setup budget - Monthly wellness and communication stipend - In-office meal program and commuter benefits (for onsite employees) **Note on AI in recruiting** Cresta may use AI tools in recruiting with human review and oversight.
