Backed by $100M from top investors, we're tackling big challenges in an industry ready for change. **About the Role** We're seeking a Head of Technical Product Management to own the technical product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Data Cloud and AI platform. You'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, cloud architecture, data engineering, and applied AI—turning that into durable competitive advantage. This role reports to the CTO and leads the technical product management function, working hand-in-hand with engineering to deliver. You'll build and scale a mature technical product management organization within Engineering, made up of Directors and Technical Product Managers responsible for scalable data lakes, real-time data pipelines, data products, and Generative AI/ML systems—all built to meet rigorous healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST). **Key Responsibilities** • Define and evangelize multi-year technical product strategy and roadmap for our cloud-native data platform and AI/ML infrastructure • Own the end-to-end technical product portfolio spanning data ingestion, Lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML tooling • Own platform outcomes including adoption, reliability, performance, and unit economics • Establish and report on executive-level KPIs (adoption, DORA metrics, data product SLAs, FinOps, ROI) • Set technical direction on cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and AI systems infrastructure • Establish enterprise standards for data quality, AI governance, HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, and observability • Champion Responsible AI across the company • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from conception to production • Serve as technical voice with enterprise customers and strategic technology partners • Lead, coach, and develop a growing organization of Directors and TPMs **What You Bring** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 15+ years of technical product management experience, including 6+ years leading platform, cloud, SaaS, or Data/AI infrastructure products at scale • 8+ years of people leadership, including leading managers and building high-performing TPM organizations • Experience working with product engineering teams shipping platform software • Experience building or scaling a TPM function inside an Engineering organization • Demonstrated executive presence and track record influencing senior leaders • Strong working knowledge of modern cloud data stacks (Databricks, Snowflake) • Experience delivering ML and/or Generative AI solutions • Working knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, claims data) and regulatory environments (HIPAA, HITRUST) • Proven ability to make sound architectural and investment trade-offs • Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills **Nice to Have** • Hands-on coding proficiency in Python and/or SQL • Direct experience commercializing enterprise software within health insurance payers or providers • Experience with strategic partnerships, M&A diligence, or platform ecosystem development **What We Offer** • Unlimited paid time off • Work from anywh
