**Agility Robotics — Senior Enterprise Applications Developer** Agility Robotics deploys humanoid robots that solve real-world challenges in logistics and manufacturing. The Enterprise Applications team is looking for a **Staff PLM Architect** to help build core systems and improve how we work from the ground up. --- ## What We Do Everyone at Agility Robotics is a stakeholder and a partner. Enterprise Applications supports functions including **MRP/ERP solutions**, **RFQ/RFP** for in-use or new products, **systems architecture**, **PLM**, and scaling manufacturing operations. --- ## Role Overview You will be responsible for the **administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support** of the organization’s **enterprise application portfolio**, with primary ownership of the **NetSuite ERP** platform. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency while ensuring **platform stability, performance, and user adoption**. You’ll oversee **system configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, and release management**, aligned with business objectives and governed by established change management processes. You’ll also ensure compliance with **security, regulatory, and audit requirements**, enforce **data governance** standards, and maintain seamless integration between **NetSuite** and other business-critical systems. --- ## Responsibilities - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements; translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Design, configure, and maintain **NetSuite** workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and other platform capabilities. - Design, implement, and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms. - Ensure enterprise applications comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and **Segregation of Duties (SoD)** policies. - Evolve enterprise application architecture by evaluating capabilities, standardizing/modernizing, reducing technical debt, and ensuring scalability and security. - Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to evaluate solutions and troubleshoot complex issues. - Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles; provide guidance and training. --- ## Requirements - **5+ years** administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on experience in **NetSuite ERP**. - Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions. - Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration: **workflows, roles/permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow**; **SuiteScript** preferred. - Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations using **APIs, middleware, or integration platforms**. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development/change management best practices. - Experience implementing data governance and master data management; ensure data quality across integrated systems. - Strong understanding of security best practices, **RBAC**, **SoD**, audit controls, and compliance requirements such as **SOX**. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives while balancing operational support, enhancements, and strategic projects. - Excellent analytical/problem-solving and
