**SAP Basis Upgrade Subject Matter Expert – 100% onsite in St. Louis** **About the role** The Senior SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining SAP operating environments across complex enterprise landscapes. You’ll establish and enforce standards for system operations, ensuring compatibility between hardware, operating systems, middleware, and SAP application components. You’ll support full lifecycle system maintenance, including upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and operational support across SAP S/4HANA environments. **What you’ll do** - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of software, operating system, and network-related issues in SAP environments - Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups to ensure reliable data recovery - Provide daily operational support for SAP-related applications - Participate in work planning (budgeting, staffing, and forecasting) - Manage and mentor junior Basis administrators and technical staff - Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, security standards, and federal compliance requirements **Here’s what you need** - 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience - Hands-on experience performing S/4HANA release upgrades (e.g., S/4 2021 → S/4 2025) **Eligibility requirements** - US Citizens only (no dual citizenship) - Eligible to obtain a minimum of a Secret Clearance - Reside locally in St. Louis, MO or be willing to travel to St. Louis weekly **Onsite** - #LI-Onsite
