**AI Technical Program Manager** **About the Role:** Liberty Mutual Technology's Global Digital Services organization is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead program delivery for the AI Backbone—a shared enterprise foundation for AI. You'll drive alignment, execution, and adoption across a broad ecosystem of stakeholders as the organization expands AI capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and own the multi-year AI Backbone roadmap, sequencing work across shared capabilities and strategic initiatives • Lead cross-functional planning and decision forums spanning technology and business domains • Coordinate strategic technology partners (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, Datadog, Zscaler) • Drive adoption of shared AI capabilities and production-readiness standards across teams • Proactively identify and manage systemic risks spanning governance, security, and cost • Serve as primary communicator of AI Backbone updates to executive leadership • Design and operate governance models including decision frameworks and readiness criteria • Partner on AI FinOps, investment planning, and value realization metrics **Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical/business discipline (or equivalent experience) • 12+ years technical program management or enterprise transformation experience • 5+ years leading multi-organization, multi-year technology programs in agile environments • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise platform or shared-services programs • Working technical fluency in modern AI and agentic architectures • Experience establishing portfolio governance across matrixed organizations • Track record of C-level and ELT-level communication • Experience with FinOps, business cases, and capacity planning • Proven leadership of organizational change in large tech organizations **Preferred Skills:** Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Databricks/MLflow, Snowflake, Azure Entra ID, Datadog, and MCP/A2A standards **Work Location:** Hybrid (2 days onsite) — Portsmouth NH, Boston MA, Plano TX, Indianapolis IN, or Columbus OH **Note:** Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
