We also support provider success in performance-based arrangements with a suite of centrally scaled technology and services deployed locally. **Job Summary** We’re seeking an experienced **eCW Business Systems Analyst** to implement, support, optimize, and enhance our **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** Electronic Health Record and Practice Management systems. You’ll act as a liaison between clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams—analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, improving workflows, and supporting configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary business analyst for eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management workflows - Partner with clinical, administrative, billing, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Evaluate current workflows and recommend process improvements using eCW functionality - Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of eCW modules, templates, order sets, forms, reports, and workflows - Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and eCW support - Document functional specifications, workflow diagrams, test scripts, user stories, and business process documentation - Assist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new feature implementations - Conduct **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** and validate changes before production deployment - Support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics using eCW reporting tools or related systems - Provide training, guidance, and support to end users on eCW workflows and best practices - Work closely with revenue cycle teams to support billing, claims, eligibility, scheduling, referrals, and payment workflows - Ensure system changes comply with healthcare regulations, **HIPAA**, and organizational policies - Participate in project planning, status updates, risk identification, and implementation activities - Maintain strong documentation of system configurations, workflows, issues, and resolutions **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered) - 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, or Healthcare IT Analyst - Hands-on experience with **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** EHR and/or Practice Management - Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and/or ambulatory practice operations - Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting system enhancements - Knowledge of EHR configuration, testing, issue resolution, and end-user support - Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (clinicians, front office, billing, IT, leadership) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word) **Preferred Qualifications** - E
