## Solutions Architect — Snyk ### About the role Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security is delivered by a coordinated workforce of security agents working alongside engineers. As a **Solutions Architect**, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to **design, implement, and scale secure development solutions**—from **CI/CD pipeline integrations** to **DevSecOps adoption**—across both **pre-sales and post-sales**. ### What you’ll do - **Design and build CI/CD workflow integrations** to bring application security into software delivery pipelines and developer environments. - **Run discovery sessions and architecture workshops** to understand requirements and align the Snyk platform to customer needs. - **Create and present technical proposals**, including **architecture diagrams** and **proof-of-concept solutions**. - **Support implementations and rollouts** by troubleshooting integrations and guiding teams on best practices. - Build **trusted relationships** with engineering, DevOps, and security stakeholders. - **Partner with Product** by sharing field feedback and helping prototype solutions for common customer needs. - Use **AI tools** to speed up configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting. - Contribute to **reference architectures**, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing. ### What you’ll bring - **3+ years** in technical consulting, software implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, including experience delivering **cloud solutions**. - Hands-on coding ability in **Shell, Python, or JavaScript**. - Working knowledge of **git-based SCM** and **CI/CD platforms** such as **GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions**. - Strong understanding of the **SDLC**, **DevOps**, and **DevSecOps** concepts. - Comfort with **Unix/Linux command line** and experience gathering/documenting requirements. - Clear written and verbal communication (role description continues beyond provided text). ### Team & location - The Solutions Architecture team supports enterprise accounts across the full customer lifecycle. - **Remote within the United States**.
