In this role, you’ll design and productionize AI agents that can reason through complex, novel scenarios-all within a secure government cloud ecosystem.</div> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <div> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI agents operating in multi-agent simulation environments.</li> <li>Integrate with a cloud-based generative AI platform, ensuring systems are optimized for performance and cost.</li> <li>Validate AI-generated outputs using statistical models and subject-matter-expert feedback.</li> <li>Continuously enhance agent reliability and realism as new use cases and mission needs emerge.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen</li> <li>Active Secret clearance&nbsp;</li> <li> <div>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience-such as 4 additional years of relevant hands-on work</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience in applied ML/AI engineering, including production prompt engineering or agentic system design.</div> </li> <li> <div>Hands-on experience with large language model APIs and scaling considerations for cost and performance.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).</div> </li> <li>Ability to work full time on-site in the DC area.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Background in linear or mathematical optimization.</li> <li>Experience with multi-agent or agent-based modeling.</li> <li>Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or Palantir AIP.</li> <li>Domain experience in healthcare, clinical, or defense analytics.</li> </ul> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div...
