## Cyber / Info Security Analyst **Company:** AMERICAN SYSTEMS (employee-owned federal government contractor) **Location:** Washington, DC **Clearance:** Active DoD Secret --- ### Overview AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a mission-driven **Cyber / Info Security Analyst** to support **PAE Maritime PMS 377**. You will help drive cybersecurity data automation, Risk Management Framework (RMF) sustainment, and reporting/analytics for stakeholders. --- ### Responsibilities - Support **cybersecurity data automation** initiatives, **RMF efforts**, and sustainment data - Develop and maintain **dashboards and reports** to communicate cybersecurity information - Create **data models and layouts** to support data mining and research - Utilize Microsoft tools including **Power BI, SharePoint, and Visio** for data automation and RMF support - Analyze data to **reduce digital footprint** and provide **recommendations for data reuse** - Present findings using **metrics, statistics, charts, and graphs** - Manage a portfolio of systems as **Program ISSM**, working with geographically separated support personnel - Maintain **metrics and documentation** for systems in the portfolio - Perform in-depth reviews of **system eMASS packages** for accuracy and quality - Ensure cybersecurity controls/updates are accurately reflected and maintained in **RMF documentation** - Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into system designs and implementations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities** - Assist with documentation and management of cybersecurity measures within **RMF and eMASS** frameworks - Support sustainment data analysis to identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities in existing systems --- ### Qualifications - **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field - **2–4 years** of proven experience as an **ISSE** or **ISSM** - Experience with **data analysis** and tools focused on cybersecurity and system integration - **Active DoD Secret Security Clearance** - **CISSP** (plus) - **CGRC** (formerly CAP) (plus) - Proficiency with **Microsoft tools**: Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office - Familiarity with **data visualization** (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint) - Proficient in **RMF framework and processes** - Proficient in **eMASS** - Strong knowledge of policies related to **RMF** - Excellent problem-solving skills with complex datasets - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Basic familiarity with cyber-related systems (e.g., **VRAM, DITPR-DON**) - Knowledge of **DevSecOps** practices and **MBSE** methodologies (plus) - Experience with **AI integration** (plus) - Knowledge of **cloud-based security** (plus) - Knowledge of **software defined networks** and **software containerization** (plus) --- ### Pay Transparency Salary range: **$85,000/year – $110,000/year** (actual compensation determined based on factors permitted by law). --- ### Benefits & EEO AMERICAN SYSTEMS offers a comprehensive benefits program including healthcare, paid leave, retirement plans, insurance programs, and education/training assistance. **EEO:** Race/Sex/Disability Status/Veteran Status
