Join us to turn bold ideas into real-world impact. **Key Responsibilities** - Explore and propose new ideas using your expertise in **deep learning**, **neural networks**, and **large foundation models** for autonomous driving, including: - end-to-end object detection, tracking, and prediction - end-to-end planning and control - end-to-end autonomous driving system - end-to-end online mapping - SLAM in localization (and related components) - Own the **full life cycle of machine learning projects**—from data analysis and model experimentation to performance metric verification, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end workflow. - Collaborate across teams (product, simulation, and other autonomous driving algorithm teams) to **extend machine learning technology** across all system components. **Qualifications** **Required** - Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in related fields: computer science, computer engineering, robotics, mathematics, physics, and more. - Strong knowledge and extensive experience in machine learning and/or computer vision, including modern **transformer architectures** and the ability to apply SOTA techniques. - Familiarity with **PyTorch**, **TensorFlow**, and other ML platforms/tools. - Strong motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with other teams on complex, large-scale projects. **Preferred** - Proven track record of research publications in top conferences and/or journals as first author. - Experience with generative models, model distillation, or model inference acceleration (e.g., **TensorRT**).
