Join us and transform your dreams into reality. **Role: IT Operations Manager** We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on **IT Operations Manager** to manage enterprise-wide infrastructure with an emphasis on identity and access management (IAM), system reliability, and workflow automation. Your scope spans corporate IT (offices, data center, endpoints, and SaaS) and includes a supporting role in our autonomous trucking operations. You’ll lead a small IT team while remaining an active individual contributor—owning escalations, driving projects, and setting technical direction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, building scalable processes, maturing our security posture, and shaping how IT operates as the company grows. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable enterprise infrastructure - Ensure high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and business systems - Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance, uptime, and security - Manage system updates, patching, and software deployment - Drive continuous improvement of ITSM tooling and workflows - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IAM strategies (RBAC, JIT access, PAM) - Mature the MDM program (enrollment workflows, compliance policies, configuration baselines) - Automate repetitive IT workflows and processes - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support and systems engineers - Set team priorities and manage workload distribution across projects, tickets, and on-call rotation **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of IT operations experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team - Hands-on experience administering an enterprise identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, or similar) - Proven experience managing a SaaS application portfolio (licensing, provisioning, spend optimization) - Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) with API-driven integration experience - Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar) across macOS and Windows fleets - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and audit readiness - Experience managing virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, or similar) - Experience administering enterprise storage systems (HPC storage a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** - Deep Okta administration experience or Okta certification - Experience with NetBox or similar IPAM/DCIM tooling - Working knowledge of network security concepts (segmentation, firewalls, VPN) - Exposure to Kubernetes and GPU compute environments
