## SharePoint Administrator/Developer (Remote) ### Responsibilities - Serve as a SharePoint Administrator/Developer supporting site collections and developing business solutions using **Microsoft Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Design, develop, maintain, and enhance **automated testing solutions and scripts** using tools such as **IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT)**, **Eclipse**, and **Java**. - Build **Java-based utilities** and standalone applications to automate test data preparation, document parsing, and other repeatable testing activities. - Develop solutions that interact with **relational databases** using **Java SQL APIs** (querying, selecting, inserting, validating) with **PostgreSQL (psql)** or comparable environments. - Create Java-based integrations with **API testing tools** such as **ReadyAPI** (command-line execution, REST/POST requests, and response parsing/validation). - Apply **object-oriented programming** and software design patterns (e.g., **Factory Pattern**) to produce reusable, maintainable, scalable automation components. - Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, data preparation, and repeatability through automation. - Operate and support designated customer tools/applications to facilitate software transmittal and deployment processes. - Provide dedicated Java development support for design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of Java-based applications. - Support onboarding of projects to the automated transmittal process. ### Qualifications **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree + **10 years** professional experience, or Master’s + **8 years**, or Associate’s + **12 years**, or High School diploma/equivalent + **14 years**. - Experience administering/configuring/maintaining/supporting **Microsoft SharePoint** environments (sites, site collections, permissions, access controls, user support). - Hands-on experience developing/supporting **Power Platform** solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Experience designing/developing/maintaining SharePoint-based solutions (workflows, forms, process automations). - Experience troubleshooting SharePoint functionality, permissions, workflows, integrations, and site-related issues. - Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SharePoint/Power Platform solutions. - Experience with **Java development** and **automated testing** (reusable utilities/scripts/applications). - Experience with **REST APIs**, **relational databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL), and **CI/CD** or automated deployment processes. - Experience with modern development/version control tools (e.g., **Jenkins**, **GitHub/GitHub Actions**, **GitLab CI**, **Azure DevOps**, **JIRA/Xray**, or comparable). - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and attention to detail. - Must be a **U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder with 3+ years of U.S. residency)**. - Must be able to obtain and maintain an **MBI clearance**. **Preferred Qualifications** - Current active **IRS MBI clearance**. - Experience working with the **federal government**. - Knowledge of current **IRS tax administration software applications**. - Familiarity with **DevOps** principles and practices. ### Location - **Remote** ### Target Salary Range - **$104,000 – $166,000** (typical range; final offer depends on experience, education, skills, location, and contract/business factors).
