## IT Monitoring Administrator (MicroFocus OBM & NNM) ### Responsibilities - **Configuration Items (CIs) Management:** Add, configure, and maintain CIs in **MicroFocus OBM** and **NNMi** using standard, repeatable procedures. - **Device Onboarding:** Follow step-by-step documentation to onboard new network devices, servers, and applications into the monitoring ecosystem. - **Basic Troubleshooting (Tier 1 / Tier 2):** Support CI discovery issues, agent connectivity problems, and basic monitoring alert triage. - **Documentation & Compliance:** Ensure CIs are properly **tagged, grouped, and documented** per enterprise standards. - **Escalation:** Recognize when issues fall outside SOPs and escalate complex configuration/system problems to senior monitoring engineers. - **Maintenance:** Perform routine health checks and data cleanup to keep the monitoring environment accurate and up to date. ### Work Location & Schedule - **100% on-site** in **Atlantic City, NJ** - Must be reliable with **reliable transportation** and comfortable working on-site - **Evening and occasional overnight hours** may be required for production onboarding activities ### Qualifications - **U.S. Citizenship required** - Ability to obtain/maintain a **Public Trust clearance** - Education/Experience: - Bachelor’s degree **and 0 years** experience, **or** - Associate’s degree **and 2 years** experience, **or** - High school diploma/equivalent **and 4 years** experience - Experience in **IT Operations**, **NOC support**, **Helpdesk**, or a **junior systems/network administrator** role ### Soft Skills - Strong **attention to detail**, **organization**, and **reliability** - Good **written and verbal communication** for ticket documentation and collaboration
