We deliver structural and electrical solutions for clean energy transition projects—specializing in expert-engineered, field-ready solutions that accelerate timelines and maximize impact. **Role: NetSuite Administrator (100% Remote)** Join Ampacity as our NetSuite Administrator and help support the foundation of our financial and operational backbone. In this high-impact role, you’ll contribute to the growth and evolution of our NetSuite ecosystem and influence how we operate, scale, and make strategic decisions. **Salary Range** $80,000 - $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits --- **What You’ll Do** - Serve as a NetSuite administrator, working with the broader admin team to manage user access, role creation, provisioning, and SOX-compliant change management. - Execute NetSuite roadmap initiatives: new module implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and special projects (with third-party NetSuite consultants as needed). - Design efficient approval workflows aligned to Ampacity’s control framework and assist with ERP control oversight for compliance. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, test and implement new features, and provide user training. - Manage and administer ancillary systems (Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur), ensuring compliance, adoption, training, and seamless integration with NetSuite. - Support and test custom NetSuite dashboard buildouts for all departments. - Develop business reports for decision-making, execute mass data updates via CSV uploads, and create saved searches. - Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations to automate and extend NetSuite functionality. - Leverage AI tooling (including Claude’s NetSuite MCP connector) to accelerate admin, diagnostic, and reporting work. - Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support implementations, training, and stakeholder engagement across locations. --- **What You’ll Bring** - 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with advanced configuration, customization, and development skills (SuiteScript, workflows, reporting). - Proven experience leading ERP implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects while managing SOX compliance and internal controls. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver effective user training. - Experience managing multiple business systems and integrations (preferably Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, and/or Concur). - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, including coordination with external consultants. --- **What You’ll Get** - Competitive pay and 401k - Time off: vacation, sick days, holidays, parental, and bereavement leave - Full medical, dental, and vision coverage - Wellness resources - Growth opportunities and promotion from within **Equal Opportunity Employer** Ampacity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
