You’ll actively contribute code and use **advanced AI and agent-based solutions** to accelerate development cycles and support robust, scalable releases. **The Work** - Lead delivery of a government-focused product, ensuring high-quality and timely releases - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and execute technical solutions - Write, review, and maintain code using **Spring Boot, Angular, Java, TypeScript, and Hibernate** - Leverage **AI Agents and LLMs** to accelerate development and automate workflows - Architect and implement scalable **cloud-based** solutions - Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, code quality, and DevOps - Mentor and support team members to foster technical excellence - Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to product delivery **Here’s What You Need** - Prior experience as a **senior or staff engineer** delivering complex, high-impact systems at scale - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of mission-critical systems, setting technical direction for government-focused products - Ability to define and communicate full-stack architectural strategy (scalability, security, maintainability) - Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and innovation opportunities - Expert proficiency in **Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and Hibernate** - Deep understanding of **cloud-native architecture** for secure, scalable, resilient distributed systems - Ability to evaluate, integrate, and operationalize new frameworks/tools/patterns to improve velocity and reliability - Strong hands-on experience with **AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent tooling** to automate workflows and improve code quality - Mastery of **Agile** and **CI/CD** practices for predictable, high-quality releases - Experience enforcing engineering best practices (testing, observability, DevOps workflows, code quality standards) - Strong technical mentoring and coaching skills **The Extras** - **US Citizenship Required** **Pay Transparency (Base Pay Range)** $139,300 — $282,500 USD (for the listed states/locations) **Equal Employment Opportunity** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to creating a culture of respect, belonging, and equal opportunity.
