Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. **You Are** As a Principal Salesforce Senior Engineer, you’ll lead within the Salesforce CRM team, guiding developers to deliver monthly and quarterly objectives. You’ll oversee quality assurance of development work to ensure deliverables meet high standards and timelines. You’ll also conduct impact assessments, collaborate with the Salesforce support team to escalate and resolve issues efficiently, and maintain alignment with project scope. Hands-on development may be required at times, but your primary responsibility is driving team performance and best practices across the development lifecycle. **The Work** - Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver monthly and quarterly project scopes - Oversee and perform quality assurance on development team deliverables - Provide expert input on impact assessments for proposed changes and new features - Collaborate with the Salesforce support team to escalate and resolve issues efficiently - Guide the team in Salesforce administration, Apex development, and data architecture best practices - Manage Salesforce environments and ensure effective environment management processes - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce-specific DevOps practices - Ensure project scopes are delivered on time and meet quality expectations - Mentor and support development team members **Here’s What You Need** - Experience in Salesforce administration, Apex development, and Salesforce data architecture - Familiarity with developer quality assurance processes, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines - Experience leading development teams, performing impact analysis, and implementing Salesforce-specific DevOps practices - Exposure to tools/methodologies that support robust environment management and streamlined deployment **Bonus Points If** - Advanced degree - 15+ years of industry experience - Motivated and proactive; strong curiosity for complex areas and risk analysis - Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills - Excellent people management and relationship development skills - In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices **The Extras** - US Citizenship Required - Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance **Compensation (Base Pay Range)** $139,300 — $282,500 USD (for the listed states and DC) *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
