We bring 21st-century innovation to the defense industry, powered by Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system that delivers real-time 3D command and control. **About the Team** The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Mission Systems Cyber Security team builds security into the mission software stack from the ground up. We design resilient architectures, harden software systems, implement monitoring and detection capabilities, and ensure only trusted software reaches our vehicles. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and security. **Required Qualifications** • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field • 2-3+ years production-grade C++, Rust, or equivalent experience in Linux development • Experience designing and building secure software systems • Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases • Up to 30% travel for building, testing, and deploying capabilities • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance • Track record of high ownership and bias for action **Preferred Qualifications** • Linux hardening and attack surface reduction experience • Vulnerability scanning and remediation tooling knowledge • Cryptographic key management, secure boot, or code-signing pipeline experience • System monitoring and anomaly detection for security events • Software architecture design isolating components by trust level • Identity and access management patterns (RBAC, MFA) • Physical systems deployment and testing experience • Government reference architectures or compliance frameworks (STIGs, NIST) • Embedded or safety-critical systems knowledge • Active Secret U.S. security clearance **Compensation** 💰 $166,000 – $220,000 USD (base salary) Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included **Learn More** Visit anduril.com/careers for benefits details and applicant privacy notice.
