**Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer, Trust & Safety (Chime)** ## About the Role Chime is looking for **Senior Staff and Staff Engineers** to lead our high-impact **Member Trust & Safety** group. This is an opportunity to help shape the vision for one of Chime’s foundational pillars. The Trust & Safety organization focuses on **sustainable growth**, **protecting members**, and **reducing fraud losses and operational costs**. You’ll provide **technical and architectural guidance** across multiple teams building scalable, extensible frameworks that deliver smooth, streamlined risk experiences across every checkpoint of a member’s journey.
