**CoreWeave — Business Systems Engineer (GTM)** **About the Team** The IT Business Systems (GTM) team owns the GTM application stack that powers the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead to quote to cash. You’ll design and run scalable, compliant, automated workflows, partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Billing Engineering. **What You’ll Do** - Partner with Marketing and Marketing Operations to support campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring/routing, and multi-touch attribution reporting in Salesforce and connected marketing systems. - Own and strengthen lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management processes (data quality controls, stage progression logic, and forecasting support). - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and other GTM systems to ensure clean, reliable funnel data. - Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the core platform (configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components). - Contribute to Salesforce CPQ workflows (products, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting). - Support Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) initiatives and resolve complex production issues across Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated systems (data, performance, and integration failures). - Explore and build AI agents / AI-powered automation for GTM workflows (lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, quote-to-cash assistance). - Translate business requirements (BRDs) into technical designs, epics, and user stories with IT Product Owners and Administrators. - Support cross-functional GTM initiatives like system consolidation, process unification, and enhancements aligned to CoreWeave’s evolving commercial motion. - Drive engineering best practices (code reviews, test automation, sandbox strategy, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and documentation). - Provide production support by triaging and resolving bugs/incidents quickly. - Balance projects, enhancements, bug fixes, and day-to-day Salesforce administration as priorities shift. - Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, surfacing risks early. **About the Role** You’ll help own the systems at the top of the GTM funnel, partnering closely with Marketing and Marketing Operations on lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality. This is a team-based role where you contribute across shared priorities—spanning Salesforce CPQ, core platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation. **Who You Are** - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with strong core Salesforce platform skills. - Experience with Marketing Operations (lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, lead scoring/routing) and/or marketing automation integrations (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). - Solid understanding of lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management processes and how they connect to forecasting/reporting. - Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience (products, pricing, discounts, quote templates, approvals). - Experience with Revenue Cloud Automation and production support (triaging cross-system issues and implementing durable fixes). - Strong Salesforce technical knowledge (Sales Cloud, Flows/process automation, Apex, SOQL, LWC, validation rules, permission sets/profiles, reports/dashboards, data management). - Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tooling (e.g., Gearset, Copa
