Working in small, innovative teams, the group focuses on delivering mission-critical technologies with measurable real-world impact. ### About the Job As C2 capabilities move from prototype to fielded, safety-critical operational systems, Anduril is seeking a **Systems Safety Engineer** to ensure software-defined, AI-enabled decision-making systems are **demonstrably safe**, **rigorously validated**, and **defensible** to government customers. You’ll work on C2 software that must be effective, robust, and **safe** across varying configurations, mission sets, and customer experiences—integrating with different compute hardware, connected sensor/effector hardware, and supporting software services. ### What You’ll Do - **Own systems safety end-to-end** for C2 software and its interfaces to sensors, effectors, and supporting services - Perform **requirements decomposition** and **hazard analysis** - Drive **software performance characterization** and **validation** against government standards - Produce **evidence packages** suitable for customer, regulatory, and legal scrutiny ### Location **Broomfield, CO**
