About this role
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. We’re seeking AI-native thinkers across every function—people who are energized by reinventing how they work. You don’t just use tools; you treat AI as a high-trust collaborator and use it to solve problems, accelerate impact, and move with an experimental mindset. The **Global Revenue Enablement (GRE)** organization equips every audience in our go-to-market ecosystem—field, partners, and customers—with the clarity, systems, and operational leverage they need to execute with machine speed and absolute consistency. In frontier AI and high-velocity cloud environments, enablement is fundamentally a **systems engineering and operational discipline**. Sitting at the nexus of GRE and Technology & Systems engineering, this **Principal TPM** role serves as the operational architect for our revenue machine—designing, orchestrating, and institutionalizing **GTM processes built on AI-first principles**. You will eliminate manual friction, automate complex **quote-to-cash** workflows, and build scalable rails for rapid commercialization. ## In this role, you will: - **Design AI-Native Workflows:** Audit, rebuild, and operationalize field and enablement workflows using frontier AI models, automated agents, and intelligent orchestration pipelines. - **Eliminate Operational Friction:** Dismantle manual bottlenecks across GRE lifecycles (e.g., team-to-team handoffs, vendor relationships, technical business requirements scoping, and enablement content). - **Intelligent Tooling Deployment:** Evaluate, pilot, and standardize the tool stack based on GRE priorities. - **Drive High-Impact Projects via Scrum:** Lead mission-critical technical programs using Scrum/Agile (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional standups, retrospectives) to deliver predictable, high-velocity outcomes. - **Enablement as a Product:** Treat operational enablement as an engineering-grade platform—establish telemetry, operational SLAs, and feedback loops to measure ramp time, operational velocity, and release velocity. - **Portfolio Strategy & Intake:** Run strategic intake and prioritization for the Technology & Systems team, turning unstructured demands into measurable delivery roadmaps aligned to top-line outcomes. - **Executive Program Alignment:** Coordinate cross-functionally—manage communications, milestones, and critical risk mitigations without needing direct authority. - **Quote-to-Cash Optimization:** Lead multi-quarter technical roadmap conversations for **CPQ architecture (Salesforce)** to accelerate service/deal structuring. - **Packaging & Pricing Execution:** Partner with the Head of Customer Activation to operationalize enablement services/packaging and API pricing models. - **Governance Automation:** Partner with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to codify pricing rules, discounting thresholds, and contractual guardrails into automated rules engines to reduce manual approval cycle times. - **Downstream Systems Interoperability:** Ensure seamless data synchronization across **LMS, CRM, CPQ, and usage-metering** for real-time contracting and provisioning. - **Operational Readiness:** Ensure systems (CRM, CPQ, billing, product telemetry, and field enablement repositories) are configured, tested, and validated prior to public or gated releases. ## Required skills: - **10+ years** of technical program management, business operations, or revenue systems leadership in high-growth technology,
