BEES is AB InBev’s B2B platform—through our ecosystem, merchants and retailers across **29 countries** can stock their businesses quickly, easily, and securely. **What you’ll do** - Collaborate with teams to design, build, deploy, and monitor new and existing services - Build and evolve change management and release processes - Identify and improve processes through automation - Focus on observability and logging: proactive monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection - Participate in monitoring activities and quickly mitigate issues in production while project teams are engaged - Mitigate production issues using scripts, automations, and infrastructure scaling - Raise 3rd-party tickets when needed (Microsoft, CloudAMQP, NewRelic, etc.) - Update and improve runbooks - Perform root-cause analysis with teams to prevent incidents - Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to build scalable, secured, resilient systems - Practice Support Engineering methodologies (e.g., defining SLOs and error budgets) - Work closely with the Operations team to ensure processes are aligned - Contribute to capacity planning and access management - Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions **What you’ll need** - University degree in computing-related fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems) - Solid fundamentals in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ArgoCD) - Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology/culture - Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java, and Python - Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Grafana - Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) - Experience with Agile projects **More about you** - Passionate about software development and ensuring quality - Motivated by building world-class solutions that impact millions of users - Experienced in environments that use and promote DevOps culture - Creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset - Clear communicator to identify issues and demands - Ability to recognize and prioritize current and new tasks, evaluating impact - Can take on early-stage initiatives and build solutions from the ground up **What We Offer** - Performance-based bonus* - Attendance bonus* - Private pension plan - Meal allowance - Casual office and dress code - Days off* - Health, dental, and life insurance - Medicines discounts - WellHub partnership - Childcare subsidies - Discounts on Ambev products* - Clube Ben partnership - Scholarship* - School materials assurance - Transport allowance *Rules applied
