The goal is to make agents a primary way people create across **ElevenCreative**—turning ideas into high-quality **audio, image, and video** without requiring users to become prompting experts. You’ll join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack: **frontend, backend, agent architecture, and infrastructure**. You’ll build user-facing features, design the services behind them, and deploy and operate systems in production. ## Responsibilities - Design and build **agent-powered features** end-to-end (frontend interfaces and state, backend services, APIs, and data storage). - Develop **agent capabilities and integrations**, including model orchestration, creative tools, and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio/image/video generation. - Build and operate the **infrastructure** behind these features—improving quality, performance, scalability, and security via evaluations, monitoring, and testing. - Own a problem area from **discovery and prototyping** through **deployment and ongoing operation**, working closely with product and design. ## Requirements We care about evidence of exceptional engineering—products shipped, difficult problems solved, and systems you’ve owned. You should have: - Strong **frontend and backend** skills, with a track record of independently building complete production applications. - Confidence designing **user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models**, and understanding how they work together as a system. - Practical experience with **cloud infrastructure**, **deployment**, **asynchronous processing**, **testing**, and **observability**—and the ability to debug across the full stack. - Evidence of **end-to-end ownership**, strong product judgement, and clear communication—taki
