Your mission: make agents a primary way people create across **ElevenCreative**—building systems that turn ideas into high-quality **audio, image, and video**, combining models and creative tools without requiring users to be prompting experts. You’ll join a small team shaping the agent’s **capabilities and architecture**, with ownership spanning: - **Backend systems** and **agent infrastructure** - **Customer-facing experience** You’ll discover what works, turn experiments into reliable features, and use real customer feedback to guide what we build next. ### Responsibilities - Build production agents and expand capabilities via **prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models, and MCP integrations**. - Design and operate reliable backend systems for **asynchronous creative generation** and **long-running tasks** with strong **performance, observability, scalability, and security**. - Develop shared **evaluations** and **live quality monitoring**, including model-based assessment of **image and video** outputs. - Own features end-to-end: from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting in production. ### Requirements We’re looking for evidence of exceptional engineering—products shipped, difficult problems solved, and systems you’ve owned. Key areas: - Strong **backend engineering** skills; experience operating production systems; solid fundamentals in **APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and async processing**. - Hands-on experience developing **agents**: prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations, and reliable/secure operation. - Independent, end-to-end ownership across the stack (including frontend delivery when needed). - Good product judgement, clear communication, and enthusiasm for creative agents.
