## Senior Manager - Cluster Security **Company:** Cerebras Systems ### About the Role In this role, you will be the security czar for Cerebras’s AI cluster product—ensuring end-to-end security and privacy for large-scale AI clusters. These clusters include wafer-scale accelerator systems, high-end servers, networking (including switches), and network-attached storage, all operating in large datacenter environments. You will secure complex, vertically integrated cluster infrastructure—from bare-metal deployment through cluster management software that enables multi-tenant training and inference services. ### Responsibilities - Be the primary engineering face and owner of cluster security. - Provide strong technical leadership in cluster security for the company. - Partner with corporate security and customers to identify and define required security enhancements. - Build engineering-driven software that provides guardrails, detection solutions, and response tools for vulnerabilities across all layers of the vertical stack (including HW and SW). - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end cluster software security. - Develop, maintain, and execute the cluster security product roadmap. - Build and lead an outstanding engineering team to deliver world-class security solutions. ### Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of demonstrated engineering leadership/management in distributed systems security. - Proven track record delivering and deploying secured distributed solutions to customers. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong decision-making with data and trade-off analysis. - Strong product sense and understanding of user journeys. - Excellent roadmap and schedule execution skills under tight timelines and budgets. - Strong background in multi-tenancy for large-scale clusters. - Strong technical experience in computer and cluster networks. - Distributed systems software development experience (K8s and ecosystem) preferred. - Bare-metal cluster management software and monitoring experience preferred. ### Compensation Salary range: **$140,000 – $240,000 annually** (based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location). ### Why Join Cerebras People who are serious about software make their own hardware.
