## ERP Engineer - Business Systems **Company:** Cerebras Systems **Team:** Business Intelligence and Systems ### About the role Cerebras builds the world’s largest AI chip—56x larger than GPUs—enabling ultra high-speed training and inference. The **ERP Engineer** is a hands-on member of the Business Intelligence and Systems team responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable **ERP solutions**. You’ll translate complex **Finance, Supply Chain, manufacturing, datacenter, and enterprise** requirements into reliable system capabilities, integrations, and workflow automations. You’ll serve as a technical owner across a connected ecosystem, combining solution architecture with direct configuration/development and on-demand production support. ### What you will do **ERP solution architecture and engineering** - Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ERP solutions that meet business needs and scale with company growth. - Build solutions using native configuration, workflows, and custom records. - Produce solution designs covering process flows, data models, integrations, controls, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support. - Evaluate requests and choose the simplest sustainable approach across native capabilities, configuration, customization, integration, automation, or process change. - Establish reusable technical patterns to reduce unnecessary customization and long-term support burden. **Business process solutions** - Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center Operations, and others to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions. - Design and improve end-to-end processes (e.g., procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, returns/RMA, fixed assets, and management reporting). - Lead technical discovery, assess gaps/dependencies, and recommend options with clear effort, risk, data ownership, validation, reconciliation, and support requirements. - Design, build, and support integrations between ERP and adjacent platforms (e.g., PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data, and warehouse systems). - Create reusable integration services and automation patterns while maintaining clear systems of record and business ownership. **Scrum and Agile delivery** - Deliver work through a Scrum-based operating model (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, estimation, demos, retros). - Work with business systems analysts and product owners to convert needs into epics, user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and sequenced delivery plans. - Break complex initiatives into testable increments and communicate scope, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery status. - Maintain a strong definition of done (design approval, code review, testing, security/control validation, documentation, deployment readiness, and operational handoff). ### What we are looking for - **8+ years** experience in ERP engineering/business systems/enterprise applications/integrations (with meaningful production ownership in complex environments). - **5+ years hands-on NetSuite** experience (solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support). - Strong **SuiteScript** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** skills; experience with **SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches**, and NetSuite security concepts. - Ability to design and build complete solutions (not just administer apps or coordi
