Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., Endeavor has hub operations in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, and 11 maintenance bases across our network. **Culture:** Safety, excellence, teamwork, and a diverse, inclusive, respectful workplace. --- ## Overview The **Program Manager, Inflight Mobile Device Management** serves as the **IFS MDM subject matter expert**, managing the mobile technology ecosystem that supports critical inflight operational workflows. This role ensures reliable day-to-day program operations while leading key MDM projects, device lifecycle initiatives, and technology improvements—partnering with Delta teams, vendors, internal stakeholders, and device users. --- ## Responsibilities - **Manage day-to-day MDM operations** for all Endeavor Inflight **iOS** devices, including provisioning, deployment, configuration, assignment, inventory management, supervision, and lifecycle activities using **Workspace ONE** and **Apple Business Manager**. - **Own vendor/service provider relationships** supporting the mobile device ecosystem (device logistics, repairs, connectivity services, MDM platforms, and internal IFS stakeholders) to execute configuration changes, resolve issues, and maintain alignment. - **Lead MDM projects and major technology implementations** (device refreshes, platform transitions, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and operational handoff). Create project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively manage risks/dependencies. - **Serve as primary escalation point for Tier 1 support** (SkyPro Ops Center), providing advanced troubleshooting for device, app, connectivity, and configuration issues; maintain and improve troubleshooting documentation and knowledge resources. - **Lead device lifecycle management**, including inventory forecasting, refresh planning, replacement strategies, spare pool management, disposition of retired assets, and coordination of large device deployments. - **Maintain accurate device inventory and asset-tracking records**, including audits and reconciliation for company-issued devices and accessories. - **Monitor compliance and usage metrics** (device compliance, mobile data usage, OS adoption, connectivity, utilization). Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, usability, efficiency, and frontline readiness. - **Provide guidance and leadership** to SkyPro Special Assignment Flight Attendants supporting MDM processes and engagement events. - **Support MDM program strategy, governance, and roadmap development**, identifying opportunities to improve service, reliability, cost efficiency, and the employee technology experience. --- ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or **two-year technical degree** (or equivalent experience) - **3–5 years** of relevant experience supporting enterprise mobile technology, device operations, or MDM technical programs - Hands-on administration of enterprise MDM platforms, specifically **Workspace ONE** and **Apple Business Manager** - Strong **project management** experience leading complex technical initiatives (planning through implementation), including timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeho
