The team drives corrective actions, monitors supplier performance, and continuously improves incoming material quality across Anduril's product portfolio. **About the Role** As a Supplier Quality Data Analytics Engineer, you'll be the team's dedicated analytics partner. You'll build and maintain data infrastructure, dashboards, and automated workflows using Palantir's Foundry platform to give supplier quality engineers real-time visibility into supplier performance, non-conformance trends, corrective action effectiveness, and inspection results. **Key Responsibilities** • Transform raw ERP and QMS data into structured datasets using SQL • Generate dashboards and automated workflows in Palantir Foundry • Build and maintain supplier scorecards aggregating quality, delivery, and responsiveness data • Define and implement key performance metrics (PPM, SCAR closure rate, first pass yield) • Develop automated alerting workflows for non-conformance trends and at-risk suppliers • Eliminate manual processes through programmatic automation • Manage cross-functional projects with supply chain, production, and engineering teams • Incorporate external data sources for supplier quality risk management • Train supplier quality engineers on analytics tools • Embed AI into workflows to identify patterns and predict supplier risk **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field • 2+ years in analytics, data engineering, quality engineering, or operations engineering (preferably hardware/manufacturing) • Expert SQL skills with complex multi-source queries • Expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Streamlit, Dash, or Palantir Foundry) • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, database connections, VBA) • Proficiency in Python, R, Typescript, or similar language • Ability to relocate to or be local to Costa Mesa, CA • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with supplier quality concepts (incoming inspection, SCAR/CAPA, supplier audits, ASL governance, SPC) • Familiarity with QMS standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949) • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and QMS platforms • Git/GitHub version control knowledge • API experience and JSON/XML parsing • Statistical methods for quality analysis • Track record of projects from ideation to business impact • Continuous learning mindset **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $146,000 – $194,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
