Zip is trusted by influential enterprises including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more, and has helped save over **$8B** and process over **$500B** in spend. **YOUR ROLE** Zip is hiring a **Solution Integrations Architect** to build the technical foundation powering Zip’s **ERP and integration ecosystem**, with a specific focus on the **Oracle ecosystem**. This role emphasizes internal technical enablement, architecting clean solutions in complex customer environments, partnering closely with Product, and driving best-in-class standards across Zip’s integration workflows. As Zip scales across enterprise customers (e.g., Coinbase, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Snowflake, Databricks), your impact will be foundational—creating reusable integration assets and defining standards for how Zip interacts with external systems. --- **YOU WILL** - **Architect & standardize Oracle integrations:** Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Oracle integration templates for scalable, repeatable, robust customer implementations. - **Bridge product & the field:** Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to keep integration templates aligned with core product architecture, field insights, and emerging customer needs. - **Turn nuance into scale:** Identify reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances from complex implementations, converting bespoke work into standardized internal assets. - **Support pre-sales engineering:** Work with account teams to design and vet integration architectures for smooth, best-practice deployments. - **Drive technical implementation excellence:** Define, document, and champion solution consulting best practices to raise the technical bar and improve consistency. - **Become a Multi-ERP expert:** Use your Oracle/P2P/financial systems expertise to expand into additional ERP ecosystems and become a subject matter expert in integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio. - **Build for permanent scale:** Apply an engineering mindset—design and execute solutions thoroughly once so future implementations are effortless. Balance high-level architecture with hands-on work in API configurations and template modifications. --- **QUALIFICATIONS** - **6+ years** delivering integrations with **Oracle** environments. - Strong knowledge of **Oracle EBS** business processes, schema layouts, and data models—especially **Oracle Purchasing (PO)**, **Payables (AP)**, and **General Ledger (GL)**. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration methods, including **Open Interface Tables**, **Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages**, **Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG)**, and **REST/SOAP** services. - iPaaS familiarity is preferred (but strong core integration logic is key). - Experience with **XML/REST endpoints** and standard authentication protocols. - Past experience with **ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration**. - Ability to translate technical information for audiences with varying technical depth. - Comfortable working with **API documentation**. - Comfortable testing and troubleshooting integration errors. - Ability to understand customer requirements and document them quickly with minimal oversight. - C
