**Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Data, Reliability & Developer Experience)** **About the Role** Lead a team of TPMs driving multi-org programs across Data Infrastructure, Reliability Engineering, and Developer Experience at Airbnb. You'll collaborate with data, infrastructure, and product teams to develop solutions ensuring the platform is robust, highly available, and transparent. **Key Responsibilities** • Shape technical direction and drive phased rollouts and large-scale platform migrations • Define measurable success criteria (availability, SLOs, latency, cost, adoption) and hold programs accountable • Hire, develop, and coach a team of senior TPMs; set operating standards across Infrastructure • Lead programs preparing infrastructure for AI-driven scale • Partner on infrastructure efficiency programs and cross-org reliability initiatives • Own Infrastructure planning rhythms (OKRs, roadmaps, dependency mapping) • Present outcomes to senior leadership with clear articulation of trade-offs and risks **Required Experience** • 12+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or SRE • 5+ years leading and mentoring TPMs or managers of TPMs • Strong technical grounding in 2+ of: distributed data systems, Kubernetes/cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, or CI/CD/build systems • Track record leading multi-quarter, multi-team platform migrations at scale • Experience with progressive delivery, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management • Excellent written and oral communication with ability to influence stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience delivering infrastructure for AI workloads or AI-assisted engineering • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions **Location** US - Remote Eligible (must live in state where Airbnb, Inc. is registered) **Airbnb is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to diversity and belonging.**
