## GTM Engineer — Revenue Operations **Location:** Remote / Hybrid (flexible) — **US-Based** **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience Level:** Experienced **Reports To:** Vice President, Revenue Operations --- ### About the Role Grace Hill is seeking a **GTM Engineer** to join the **Revenue Operations** team. This inaugural role sits at the intersection of **engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy**, building the **automation, integrations, and internal tools** that help GTM teams operate as one connected system. You’ll design, build, implement, and maintain technical solutions that address real operational challenges across Grace Hill’s revenue engine. --- ### Key Responsibilities - Build **GTM automation and workflows** and own **system integrations** across the marketing, sales, and customer success tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, engagement, data enrichment, service platforms). - Create **on-demand visibility** into product usage, account health, and expansion signals—replacing static snapshots with live, actionable triggers. - Design and automate **handoff processes** between Marketing → Sales → Customer Success (and Sales → Support Services) so context doesn’t get lost. - Build and maintain **dynamic account scoring** and **whitespace mapping** to help AEs prioritize expansion opportunities. - Leverage **AI/LLM tooling** to build automation and enrichment workflows that improve speed-to-action on sales leads. - Maintain **data hygiene** and **system architecture** across the GTM stack to ensure clean handoffs. - Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and automations; act as the first line of technical support. - Document and share technical workflows so RevOps and GTM teams can adopt and extend them. - Develop a **governance layer for AI use across GTM** in partnership with the VP of RevOps. --- ### Qualifications **Required** - Strong background with **automation, APIs, and backend integrations**. - Experience using **AI/LLM APIs** to design/build/implement/maintain automations, workflows, or agent systems—applied to real business processes in a **zero-to-one** environment. - Familiarity with GTM systems such as **Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack** and the ability to connect them with **well-structured, testable, maintainable code**. - Proficiency in at least one scripting language: **TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript**. - Comfort writing/reading **SQL**. - Strong problem scoping and solving mindset—turn imperfect data and scattered systems into reliable solutions. - Ability to work cross-functionally and ship high-impact technical solutions from ambiguous business needs. - Genuine interest in evolving **AI capabilities** and how they can optimize GTM alignment and execution. - Excellent communication skills, especially in **remote/asynchronous** environments. **Preferred** - Background in **full-stack software engineering** or systems development. - Background in **RevOps, Sales Engineering,** or technical roles supporting revenue teams at a **B2B SaaS** company. - Hands-on experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms (e.g., **Clay** or comparable). - Experience in **B2B SaaS** (bonus for **commercial real estate** / **proptech**). --- ### What We Offer - **Competitive salary:** **$120K–$155K + bonus** - Comprehensive **health, dental, and vision** benefits - **Remote work option** - Collaborative, mission-driven culture --- ### About Grace Hill Grace Hill helps
