Our work empowers business owners, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and individuals to succeed by providing the help and tools they need to grow online. **Software Engineering Development Program (SEDP)** Kickstart your engineering career with the **Software Engineering Development Program (SEDP)**—a **one-year rotational experience** tailored for emerging engineers to build a versatile skill set. **Hybrid Role (Waltham, MA)** This is a **hybrid** position based out of our **Waltham, MA** office with a target start of **July 2027**. --- **What You’ll Do** - Rotate through **four different teams** to gain broad experience across areas like **frontend, backend, DevOps**, and more. - Work with your **SEDP cohort** on a **capstone project** for an entire quarter—design, build, test, implement, and launch a **customer-facing feature** released into production. - Participate in **customized technical and soft-skills training** throughout the year. - Use existing and emerging technologies such as **Java, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes, and Ruby** in a **CI/CD** environment. - Make an immediate impact by writing **production code** with support from experienced software engineers. - Develop **web applications at scale** used by **hundreds of thousands of customers**. - Receive guidance from a variety of **mentors and managers** throughout the program. --- **Who You Are** - You will have a **Bachelor’s Degree by May/June 2027** in computer science or a similar discipline, **or** equivalent relevant industry experience. - You’re **new to the field of software engineering**. - You’re excited to learn and experience **web technologies at scale**. - You’re passionate about exploring a **broad range of technologies**. - You’re looking for an awesome learning experience to build a solid foundation and accelerate your career. - You’re invested in transforming how **hundreds of thousands of small businesses** connect with their customers. - You want to embrace **emerging technologies**. --- **Pay Transparency (All Full Time Employees)** - **$90,000 – $105,000 USD** Compensation may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and work location. Some roles may be eligible for additional on-target commission pay or bonus.
