**IT Systems Administrator - Digital Operations** **About the Role** Join BETA Technologies' IT support team as a Systems Administrator. You'll maintain and manage software, hardware, and networks across all sites, serving as the final point of escalation for system issues while providing outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities** • System administration of cloud and on-premise environments • Microsoft 365 support (Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Domain Services) • Windows configuration and security via Microsoft Intune • iOS configuration and security via MDM platforms • Linux configuration and security via domain management and RMM tools • DNS, certificates, and encryption management • Network and system upgrades with minimal downtime • Backup and replication configuration, monitoring, and maintenance • Disaster recovery drill organization and implementation • Infrastructure monitoring using platforms like PagerDuty • Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting • Tier 2 technical support for all offices • IT documentation and training material creation • Collaboration with Information Security team on vulnerability remediation **Minimum Qualifications** • 3+ years managing information systems and networks • Advanced Microsoft 365 cloud offerings experience • PowerShell, Python, and scripting language proficiency • U.S. or Canadian citizenship **Preferred Qualifications** • Expert-level Conditional Access and Microsoft Cloud-native security knowledge • On-prem backup solutions experience • Fortinet firewalls and networking products experience • Splunk or SIEM platform exposure • Azure cloud services administration/implementation **Compensation & Benefits** $80,000–$100,000 USD Competitive total compensation package including RSUs and PSUs, onsite healthcare, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, paid parental leave, daily lunch, and flight lessons. **Equal Opportunity Employer** | Background check required | E-Verify participant
