**Analytics Engineer** **About Cartesia** Pioneering AI model architectures with a founding team from Stanford AI Lab. Funded by Index Ventures, Lightspeed, and 90+ industry experts. **The Role** Build and own the company-wide source of truth for data. You'll integrate product, billing, CRM, marketing, and operational data into reliable models and shared metrics that teams can trust. This is an early, foundational data hire focused on fixing correctness issues, strengthening the warehouse, and creating trusted dashboards. **Your Impact** • Own the path from source systems to canonical datasets, metrics, and dashboards • Identify and fix data-quality issues across pipelines, models, and reporting • Build reliable warehouse models using SQL and dbt • Establish metric definitions, tests, lineage, monitoring, and documentation • Partner with Product, RevOps, Growth, and GTM teams • Create trusted dashboards for activation, usage, billing, and customer health • Make data questions self-serve with reusable canonical logic • Audit and recommend improvements to ETL and analytics tooling **What You Bring** • 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or technical analytics (B2B SaaS/dev-tools preferred) • Expert SQL and warehouse modeling fundamentals • Production experience with dbt or similar transformation tooling • Track record turning fragmented data into canonical, reusable models • Experience with product, billing, CRM, and marketing data • Strong judgment on problem ownership across the data stack • End-to-end investigation and prevention skills • Strong stakeholder instincts and practical approach **Nice-to-Haves** • Early/founding data function experience • Full-funnel growth analytics, attribution, or CRM expertise • Self-serve data workflows or LLM-powered analytics experience **Details** 🏢 In-person: San Francisco, London, or Bangalore 🌎 Visa sponsorship available (case-by-case) 💰 Competitive salary + equity 🩺 Full health coverage (medical, dental, vision) 🧑🧑🧒🧒 9 weeks paternity / 12 weeks maternity 🏖️ Flexible PTO 🍲 Daily meals & snacks *Equal opportunity employer*
